Unfortunately, due the the nature of our products, each item is custom made to order and we are unable to accepts returns.

However, if there was an error during the printing process or if the item was damaged during shipping we will gladly reproduce the item and ship you a replacement at no additional charge. Errors caused by incorrect information entered during the ordering process are not covered. Please inform us of any issues within 14 days of receiving your items.

Please be advised that we do not refund any damaged or incorrect items. We will reprint and ship a new one only.
